Puppy Purchase Agreement
Registration: Seller and Buyer agree that the puppy described herein is a purebred Miniature Australian Shepherd and is being sold with __________(full or limited) registration. All necessary paperwork will be provided for registration with the American Stock Dog Registry. Registered name must begin with Double Acre.
Purchase Price: Buyer agrees to the price of $_______ for the puppy listed in this agreement. Non refundable deposits of $500.00 will be accepted by the seller to hold a puppy in the buyer's name. Payment in the full purchase amount must be made by the time the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age. Puppies will not leave Seller's care until at least 8 weeks of age. Full registration(breeding rights) is only available for an additional fee at the time of purchase. Seller accepts payments of cash and credit only. *No personal checks* Credit payments will have an additional 3% charge to cover Seller's fees.
Health Guarantee: Seller warranties the puppy to be in good health and of stable temperament. Puppy will have received his/her first set of vaccines at 8 weeks of age on __/__/__. Puppy will have been dewormed with Pyrantel at 2 and 6 weeks of age and Panacur at 4 and 7 weeks of age. Buyer has 72 hours to have the puppy seen by a licensed veterinarian for a general health exam from the date of delivery __/__/__. Failure to comply will result in this warranty being void. Seller is not liable for any communicable diseases after 48 hours from the puppy leaving the possession of the Seller. Under no circumstance will the Seller be responsible for the Buyer's veterinary expenses at any time.
This contract is only valid while the Seller is breeding Mini Australian Shepherds. Should the Seller stop breeding dogs this agreement becomes void. If this puppy/dog is sold to a third party this contract does not transfer to the new owner.
